Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle return and refund policy for all of our products purchased from Redmond directly. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund within 30 days of receipt. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories, and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. *Images of the damaged/defective product are sometimes required Our products are all developed by Chinese laboratories, so the products are marked as "Made in China". All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in California, USA, and all products have passed relevant US certification, so we will not refund you because the products are "Made in China"Redmond, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 100% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Redmond reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are applicable for return and exchange unless marked on our website as FINAL SALE at time of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We replace any item reported as defective or damaged. If would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 📧 cs@redmondus.com or open your order in “My Orders“ page in your account and apply for Refund and we’ll guide you through the process.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please send us an email at 📧cs@redmondus.com or open your order in “My Orders“ page in your account and apply for Refund and we will provide you with instructions on where to ship your product including shipping label instructions. The amount of time your replacement will take to get to you varies by location. We will provide you with tracking information and support throughout the entire process.
